CERTIFIED ERGONOMICS ASSESSMENT SPECIALISTS
As Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialists, we perform OSHA-compliant ergonomics analysis applicable in the industrial, healthcare and office workplaces. We will identify potential hazards that contribute to the development of musculoskeletal disorders. Using best practices, our method instructs in the implementation of cost-effective, high-impact solutions for prevention of workplace injury, practical solutions for risk reduction and increased employee productivity.
CERTIFIED ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS EVALUATORS
As Certified Essential Functions Evaluators, we use Physical Demands Analysis and Functional Fit-For-Duty Testing to assist employers in hiring appropriate personnel and maintaining worker fitness for the job. In addition to an employer’s workplace safety program, this service is an effective part of a comprehensive disability prevention and disability management program. Our CEFEs identify a job’s essential functions, as well as evaluate and document a new-hire’s execution of those functions. Our process is based upon objective scientific research and conforms fully to EEOC Guidelines for application of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
